PT SERVICE COORDINATOR North Polk County Area Kinship of Polk County KINSHIP OF POLK COUNTY, a well-established non- profit youth mentoring organization seeks a highly motivated individual to join our fun team. The office is located Balsam Lake, WI. Job Description: Responsibilities include, are not limited to: direct service, working with families, recruitment, training and supervision of volunteer mentors, support and supervision of mentoring matches, group activities, involvement in community relations and communications to assure the highest quality service delivery to the youth and families of Polk County. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field/equivalent experience. 2-3 years of non-profit work with youth, families and volunteers a plus. Background check required. Salary: 20 hours per week starting at $17 hourly. Health and retirement stipend after 3 months plus travel expense reimbursement.
